Top Metrics

• Phish Clicks: Total clicks on simulated phishing emails. Lower is better.

• Click Rate: The percentage of users who clicked. Compared with the best practices average (which is < 2%).

• Simulations Reported: How many fake Symbol simulations were reported by users. Higher is good.

• Suspected Emails: How many real suspicious emails were reported by users.

Threats Overview

This section gives you a snapshot of your multiple threat features, broken down by:

• Domain Threats(status of all domains being monitored)

• Email Threats(status of all users being monitred)

• Cyber Threats(status of all keywords being moniored)

Cyber Risk & Score

• Cyber Risk Level

A calculated score based on corporate training, phishing, phish button (if enabled), and dark web (if enabled) scores to create an overall corporate cyber risk. The risk ranges from:

1. **High Risk** (Score:  0 - 59)
2. **Poor** (Score: 60 - 69)
3. **Fair** (Score: 70 - 79)
4. **Good** (Score: 80 - 89)
5. **Excellent** (Score:  90+)

• Cyber Score: Your overall security health score out of 100. It’s based on:

  • Training: Completion and quiz scores.

  • Simulation: Phishing test results.

  • Threats: Real threats detected.

  • Reporting: User report engagement.

Interpretation: A low score means your company is at risk. Use the breakdown to see which area needs the most improvement.

Training & Policies

• Training Assignments:

  • Tracks how many trainings are Pending, Completed, or Overdue.

  • Send reminders to users directly from this page.

• Policies Completion: Shows the completion rate for critical security policies.
  Interpretation: High overdue or low completion rates mean users are not prepared, increasing risk.

Highlights your top-performing users who always pass tests and report emails. Access the full list by clicking on the “View All Cyber Champs” button.
