How do I contact Symbol Security Support?

Symbol provides you with different ways to get in touch with our support team quickly. Take a look which they are, and which one best fit your needs:

Ticketing Portal

If you are an existing customer with access to the admin application and need assistance with a specific feature, have a general inquiry, or encounter a bug while using the platform, you can easily submit a request directly through the app.

Simply navigate to https://app.symbolsecurity.com/tickets and click the “New Ticket” button.

You can also access your ticket list at any time by:

  • Clicking the Lifebuoy icon (🛟) in the main header of the application.
  • Using the Global Search tool and selecting “Support Tickets”.
